Buring DVD'S

Can someone tell me why when I burn movies the writing speed is very slow? It used to burn with speeds up to 10x.. now I'm lucky if Ican get 1.1x

I'm tired of it taking up to 2 hours to burn 1 DVD, when before it used to be done in under 25 minutes.

My DVD"S are for up to speeds of 16x, so clearly the DVD's are not the problem.

When I was using a free trial of the dvd fab platinum it worked great, then when I paid for it, well, not so great.

Welcome to CDF

What burner and OS do you have? It sounds like a DMA problem.

Go into DVDFab’s Common Settings (the little gear-shaped button), and click the Reset DMA button, see it that helps.
