Dear Sirs,

The Business Software Alliance (BSA) has noticed that you offer for
sale and/or make available computer programs published by BSA-member
companies.

In doing this, you commit a tortious act towards the BSA members
involved, more in particular you infringe their copyrights.

As a result, the BSA members involved suffer damages, now and in the
future. On behalf of the BSA members I hold you liable for this loss.

The BSA and its members do not tolerate such infringements. I therefore
demand that you immediately cease and desist from offering for sale,
selling, making available or any other way of reproducing or
distributing the computer programs of the BSA members, and to confirm
this to me within 24 hours after receiving this message.

If you do not comply with this demand, the BSA and its members will
take all measures as they deem necessary. The BSA and its members
reserve all their rights, including the right to file a claim in legal
proceedings for compensation of all losses sustained.

Sincerely,
Andrew Robinson
