So if you surf the web looking for ways to cut off the Microsoft spying on Windows 10,you will start seeing a lot more commercials about buying Windows 10 ??

Or several searches how to turn something off or get rid of it and they will throw more ads at you about buying it.

Does not sound like a good thing to me.

But what do I know.I am just a consumer that does not like ads anyway.

Are these ads subsidizing the ISP’s services?? Â Ad blockers will boom…

Probably an effort to give them better margins as the market determines the price for services regardless of ads.

On the internet, systematic privacy violations like this are part of the reason people use ad blockers. I can’t imagine people wanting their TV providers to monitor them via their own TVs.

Personally, I don’t see the point in this program. We all know most viewers will pause or mute their TVs during commercials anyway.

You do know we were extremely close to having unskippable commercials on tv? Philips proposed a patent about it years ago. Naturally the people were very angry about it.

It still existst on DVDs and Blu-Rays though

I’ve been thinking about getting a permanent VPN, but i can’t find a good one.
