If anyone is looking for some branded TY CD-Rs you can find some here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250574484233

They’re made in Japan (but may have been packaged in China). You can email the seller to confirm that. I know because I’ve bought them myself. They’re sold by the case (4 spindles of 30 discs each for a total of 120 discs).

And yes, they come in TY spindles, exactly as it shows in the stock photo.

$25 shipped for 120 Branded TY, that’s a good deal in my book.

I am full up on CD’s but it’s still tempting

Are these audio CD-R’s like the description seems to say?

No, they’re regular CD-Rs that can be used for burning audio, but they’re not specifically intended for audio recorders.

Audio recorder CD-Rs are usually 32x speed or slower.

negritude, do you know if they id as audio cd-r’s for a standalone audio cd recorder (I have one)? It’s a bit in the ATIP info, and there’s also an indication in the CD logo on the face of the disk, “for consumer” or “for consumer use” or “for music use only”. Thanks!
