Hi murfi and welcome to cdfreaks,

First off, I hope you purchased Fab from Fab.net and Avangate.
Avangate is Fab’s one and only legitimate vendor.

I’ve never heard of anyone being ripped off with a legitimate purchase…and no, I’m not accusing you of anything.

Before you accuse DVDFab of wrongdoing, please check your Bulk InBox where junk mails are delivered and see if the e-mail containing sale confirmation and key is there. Like the other member mentioned, nobody has such complaint about this outfit after having made a legitimate purchase.

Good luck and happy burning

Don’t just chech the junk inbox either check your spam folder and with your IP server.
BTW welcome to the club

On my statement the payment was made to avangate.com/dvdfab.ne. I have sent them countless messages and received no reply. I downloaded the trial copy, thought this is pretty good and clicked on this link to buy the software…

I have received nothing since. I’m not happ at all.

did you check your spam filter and /or with your email service provider, some times it gets picked up as spam

#8

Try putting your email addy in this link to see if you can get your key > http://www.dvdfab.com/retrieveregkey.htm

#9

Hi again murfi,

Ok, this is just some sort of very annoying glitch…you definitely weren’t ripped off if you purchased from Fab.com > Fab.net > Avangate.

Like others have said, this is almost always an email/ISP problem.

Please check all that StormJumper and others suggested.

Use the link Bob ^ provided.

Yahoo, gmail and I believe hotmail (the first two for sure) will allow any of these attachments. They will even allow the installer.exe to go through the server.

Check this stuff out and let us know please

i just want to say everytime i have written dvdfab a message i have gotten a reply, please take everyones advice, dvdfab is not a scam, and i hope you get to the bottom of your problem, the retreive key sounds like an idea (bob)…

#11

I am 99% sure that you will find that either your email program or your ISP is treating it as junk email and that’s why you are not getting anything.

As suggested above, set yourself up an email address on hotmail or gmail and then go to Fab and change your email to this address and then request your key again.

#12

i am 110% absolutely certain, the email has been sent to you. as already suggested, please get a free web mail account and change your email in dvdfab database then request your key.

change email address

get key

I am sure it has to be because of the Beijing Olypmics…which ended yesterday.

One thing for sure, I am really happy and satisfy with Fengtao. They are the best.

I did experience the same problem. But they reply yo my purchase within 48 hrs.

Recently, I tried to contact DVDFab, when I tried to log in my user name and password came up as no good. Now, this is the same information that I used when I first purchased this program to get my registration key…I entered my user name and password and everything worked fine and have been using the program ever since.
Now, suddenly DVDFab seems to be trying to pull a fast one; they are cutting the connection to past purchasers in order to blow them off. It seems that they only want to concentrate on their new DVDFab 9 which has recently been issued.
I will let their reply to my inquiry speak for itself…
This is my original order confirm and receipt.

I don’t think DVDFAB.net and DVDFAB.com are the same companies.

dvdfabnet.com is a scam!!

dvdfab.com and dvdfab.net are not

why would dvdfab sell their lifetime all in one for under $40 when it costs $300

You did not buy the software from the vendor website, and even if you did we do not sell this software or do we have a way to get your money back. I can only tell you that you have to do a little homework first, make sure you buy the product from a verified website, the only one is http://www.dvdfab.com/ . that’s it. I am sorry for your problem but again we cannot help you.:frowning: http://www.dvdfab.com/order.htm the page to buy your software. So the real DVD Fab did not rip anyone off, and I do not think they ever will. There are many sound alike websites, its up to the buyer to make sure he is buying his software at an authorized affiliate or the actual Fab website itself.
