Bootable CD that executes Win2k3 automatically

I have a Win2003 CD that doesn’t have a the boot disk on it.

I would like to make a new copy that boots right into trying to install the OS.

However, with Nero 9, I was only able to put a floppy boot loader onto the CD.

I can change to the D: drive but I can’t execute anything in the Caldera DOS environment.

How do I get around this?

Thx.
