I think one of the fore runners to this is with Funimation actually deciding to release DBZ the full series, uncut, all 291 eps in HD format. I just wonder if they are going to be in HD or Blue Ray. If I can get more of my anime in HD format comparable to what it is aired in, in Japan, honestly I would grab whatever player supports it the most. The anime may be just for the fanboys, but with it being more prefliffernat and popular now, it could help spread whatever HD format releases it the most. Cause hey, who here would not like to see some great high quality fight and or magic scenes in full HD! I still think bringing out the CGI movies (Shrek, Over the Heddge, Final Fantasy, etc) in HD would be a boon as well, because we all know they are not rendered in 480i.
