Is blockbuster video using " Error 500--Internal Server Error " To keep a person who pays monthly with a credit card or now with pay-pal, from canceling their subscription? Every time I try to access "My Account" I get this error. The only other way to cancel would be to cancel the credit card:a What is the cause of that error?
Not to my knowledge...I just canceled my BB account last Friday. I pay with a Visa card so it's an automatic, monthly debit .
I had no problems...just a notice that the 2 dvds out to me had to be returned prior to April 11...my next billing date.

Were you able to access your "my account" tab? Because I can't and when I emailed them they said I needed to change my password, so I did. Still can't open my account info. The Website rejected my new password.????
Yeah, I had no issues at all accessing my account.As a matter of fact, even though I'm no longer signed up to receive movies, my account is still accessible.
If your credit card information is still there I would make sure it gets Deleted what with blockbuster having money problems and all. Remember....Paranoiah is just another word for heightened awareness :eek:
