I think itâ€™s about time we had the facts. If like me you spend hundreds of pounds from these companies then surely we should expect quality service!!
BIGPOCKETS â€“ I have been trying to resolve a problem with an order with these muppets for nearly two months. To cut to the chase the order was light so I spoke to a guy called Craig who promised to resolve the problem. I then emailed BIGPOCKETS and got a similar response. I then threatened to publicise this problem on all the forums I could find so a guy called Oliver Shields told me he would sort it - Again a pile of crap as it still has not been sorted, in fact he didnâ€™t have the courtesy to respond to my email!!!
SVP â€“ I bought a Pioneer 104 when they first appeared on the market but after 6 months it went tits up. SVP asked me to send it to them to check out, 4 days later I received a brand new Pioneer 105 and an apologetic email.
SVP â€“ I purchased a DVD Player that went faulty after 2 months â€“ They replaced it without a problem by return post.
In short I know who will get my money in the future.
