Dear Sir,
I have purchased Transcend 8GB Pen Drive before 12 months, but now i have a problem with drive. The drive Detected in the computer as Removable Disk (H:), but not shows the Capacity and when i tried to open or explore it shows a message " Please Insert a Disk into Drive". I have choose Manage Option from my computer to change its Drive letter yet the problem is as it is. Please Help me what can i do.

It might be under warranty have you tried to contact their customer service? Otherwise you might end up just formatting it to fix it???

Hi and Welcome!

please try the device with another computer. If there is the same problem, then it is faulty and should be fixed (replaced) under warranty.

If you don’t mind wiping the data on the stick, then you can test it with H2Testw. Please don’t be worried about the german website, the software has an english user interface also.
