Well, it all depends on what functionalities are important to you. I think that most of us here at CDFreaks make use of Ahead's Nero. Why? Nero is rather powerful, easy to operate, comes with many hardware etc.
But as always, there are some very good alternatives. Take Alchohol for an example, or even freeware software as BurnToDVD.
