I’ve been a Pioneer only guy. Just had a 6 month old barely used Pioneer 112 die, so trying one of the Optiarc based on your recommendations. $22.99 with free shipping at the moment.

Is Pioneer giving refunds or replacements? I have 2 of them. 1 is dead, & the other seems to be slowly dying/
