The Rosewill looks like the best for the money in your list.
Here's one from harbor freight that looks good too:
We have a harbor freight store locally & I take advantage of their free with purchase coupons. Occasionally they have a cheap multimeter free this way .
I noticed the rosewill kit had a Desoldering Pump that can be useful if you solder much.
Kind of cheap including 10 cable ties as tools though.
Cheap is not bad to start with but keep in mind most cheap tools also wear quicker & break easier. Even with a lifetime warranty if it costs more than the tool is worth to ship it to get the warranty then it worthless. That's where even if you can get a better deal online if there is a local store like in my case harbor freight it's a lot easier to get a tool warranted .
Sears Craftsman line is not as good as it once was but it is still lifetime . I've warranted some old tools there with no problem . Once a clerk even commented that the tool was probably older than him & he was correct.
