Panasonic and Sony BD-R have been at the top of the list in a couple independent tests now. Falcon Pro are guaranteed by Falcon for 100 years longevity, and the same disc, when it was being made by TDK, ranked at the top of one of these tests. I would consider these three among the best choices.
For DL, the only media I've seen rated as "Archival" is Panasonic. Verbatim just released a 50 year BD-R DL, but only claiming that longevity if burned with Pioneer's new pricey BDR-PR1.
