hello everyone
I need help, I just bought an external usb benq ew1621 drive and installed the software that came with it{RECORD NOW}. I installed it on a compaq armada e500, when I started running the burning software it just do not do anything but when i pull the usb cable oh the computer the software starts running. I tried burning with nero, ntdi, roxio and others but it does the same.
I installed the drive on my desktop that is running XPsp2 and it burns fast and perfect. Please help.
