Benq dw1640 writing strategy

Is there a way to force nero to use CAV strategy for 1640? Now I am using ty02 with bsjb, but when I do a test burn in cd/dvd speed, it is about 6.5x CLV (about the same speed, if I do a real burn: 10-12 min for 4GB of data)

I even tried media code editor to use ty03 strategy, and it didn’t change anything.

The 1640 is in an enclosure with a burst rate of 20mb, I am not interested in 16x burn but rather 12x.
