BD-R media error scans

The link below is from a Japanese site that has a review of the Pioneer BDR-S03J-BK and it contains BD-R error scans with a Lite-On DH401S.

Maybe it’s old news but I thought it would be interesting to discuss it here.

I don’t know how reliable the accuracy of the errors reported are, but they look really bad in my humble opinion.

Maybe someone at CDFreaks with a Lite-On DH401S can do some scans on BD-R discs?

This thread is old but we did talk about it

Thanks for the link, MegaDETH.

If you have some time and if it’s possible, scanning some bd-r discs with slower speed (not maximum) would be great

I have scanned at all the speeds and they look the same.

If I get some time though I will do another comparison and post them here.
