It will be FREE you turnip, the BBC is funded by a license fee already, ALL their products are “FREE”. Fo your research!

Not free outside the UK. Since this will be a US service first it will likely be fee based. UK sells it’s titles abroad to other broadcasters and sells DVD’s. This will probably only apply to premium content though. Crappy old educational stuff may be free.
