There was a news reporter on TV the other day. He was a fan of his music and even he stated that he didn't realise that the guy had still been alive AND living in the UK.
On the other side of the coin (well maybe not) if you like(d) ska, try listening to The Ordinary Boys. Quite a decent attempt for a first album!
I haven't heard them but will check them out. I have been a fan of Ska/Reggae since seeing both Bob Marley and Desmond Dekker in concert some years ago. My current favorite is Culture, a very talented group.
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero. /.
The OB are a UK band, their lead singer 'Preston' starred in a reality show earlier this year, called 'Big Brother'. He came across very well !
Since then, the lads have gone from strength to strength.
