Bad cd scan ? why is the peak so high?

OK today i scanned a CD-R (cheap media i think 50 Discs for 24,99€)
I wonder why there is a single high c1/c2 error on the disc and what happens when there is something like that on a disc.

This has been discussed before…

The problem is not with the disc or with the burn, but with a problem with the scanning. CDs are best scanned with CD burners. All CDs scanning with a DVD-writer will exhibit this same spike at the same location. It can be safely ignored! Right-click on the graph and click remove highest value.

Oh i havent read about it yet and its true every CD has this thing (CDs burned on my BTC LG etc.)
Im glad that it is no drive or cd error … :bow:
