Backing up using dvdfab to old modded xbox

I appologise if this is not the correct place for this question. If it is not please direct me to the right place. I looked around and didn’t seem to find this question already asked.

There are time I go to family to visit and bring some of my movies. Sometimes the movies either get lost or damaged. I was thinking of backing up the movie to my xbox (which I bring usually to show photos), and then showing the movies on the xbox. Is this possible and how would I do it? I have backed up to dvd’s but never to the xbox.

I sometimes use anydvd and clonedvd2 and have recently started using dvdfab.

I convert my DVDs to xvid/divx and play them on my modded xbox. XBMC is great, and plays a huge amount of formats.

Could you help me out on how this is done?

Also I like my regular remote when I play movies on my bose. How is the controller for playing movies?
