You'll need AnyDVD HD to decrypt and rip the movies to the hard drive. If you buy this program by the 11th of this month, you'll get free updates for the life of the program. From the 12th onward, everyone who buys the program will have to pay periodic fees for upgrades.
The next program you should look into is free. It is called BD-Rebuilder. You can find it here: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/BD_Rebuilder It is still in beta stage, but simplifies the process of making backups.
Other tools you might need, especially if you don't use BD-Rebuilder include tsMuxeR, BDInfo, Ripbot264 and tsSplitter. You should look through some threads in this subforum at cdfreaks: http://club.cdfreaks.com/f142/
