BackDoor JZ

Yesterday I was on IRC and I recieved a file that I didn’t ask for.
I didn’t open it, but McAffee identified it as “BackDoor JZ trojan”.
It could not be deleted for some reason and McAffee put it in quarantine as a .Vir file. I deleted it manually in a DOS-window.
Afterwards I ran Ad-aware and latest McAffee’s Stinger (which should be able to detect all BackDoor-clones). Nothing was detected. I guess it’s safe now, but I’m not sure. I found on google it opens some port which makes it possible for others to mess with my PC. Am I still at risk? And how can I check this? (online port scanner perhaps?)

Big Thanks!
