Apple wins Australian ban of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

[newsimage]http://static.rankone.nl/images_posts/2011/10/ugQGY0.jpg[/newsimage]Apple has been aggressively seeking bans on Samsung devices in multiple countries for months and it appears they have finally gotten a win. Absolute disgrace.

Samsung make much better products than Apple - I know this is my opinion and not fact, but it seems Apple being afraid ot Samsung;s products may suggest they think similar.

I would have bought the Galaxy Tab. But not the Ipad.

Seems this day and age best way to outperform competitors is not with better products but in vexatious law suites.

Yep, that seems to be today’s business model for electronics companies. If you can’t beat them in the market place, beat them in court.
