I'm sure Apple will get away with this, if only because they have a monopoly on IOS-compatible hardware. Still, you'd think that Apple wouldn't skimp out on shielding, considering how much they charge for their malicious products. It's not like they have to spend that money paying factory workers decent wages (the key word here being "decent"). After all, many of these workers have yet to enter puberty. Surely a little extra shielding isn't too much to ask.
Every company claims to be "responsible", but how many actually back that up?
