Apple deliberately delayed updates of the iOS app of the new music streaming service Tidal, to crush the service in preparation on the launch of its own music streaming service Beats Music, according to the New York Post.

2 problems here. 1) Apple is a giant company and will do what it wants, regardless of what is said or/and done against it. 2) they throw money at those they need to so as to be able to get away with doing what it wants, regardless of what is said or/and done against it!

That,s very anti-competitive but it’s also genius.  Apple sells both the hardware and the software. The competition completely relies on their competitor to sell their product.  You’re never good in a good business situation when you rely on your biggest competition to sell your own product.

I hate apple, but I find it amusing. Hey let’s make a product that competes with apple and try to flog it on apple devices… genius business plan!
