The security update that Apple yesterday released for the vulnerability in macOS High Sierra causes issues for users that use Apple’s File Sharing feature. After the update is installed, it’s no longer possible to connect to shared folders on other Macs.

This month Apple themselves seem to have disproved just about everything the OSX fanboys have been claiming for the past decade and a half. :tongueout:

Reminds me of our current glorious leader here in the UK - endlessly repeating the “strong and stable” mantra while the country collapses around her into the bottomless pit her colleagues are continuing to dig as fast as they can. It feels like we’ve been taken over by a bizarre cult, which despite being as incompetent as it is sinister, is inexplicably popular.

Is there a highly contagious brain parasite which causes people to lose all reason and vote for an apocalypse? Something like the Green-banded Broodsac (Leucochloridium paradoxum) which takes over the behaviour of its snail host and makes it climb up and invite any passing bird to eat it.
