A southerner who doesn’t like country music? Never seen one of those.
Some of us Texas southerners like a lot of different music.
I don’t think dubstep is one of mine.
On the other hand I can listen to Alice Cooper or Bill Monroe with equal enthusiasm.
Same for BB King or Willie Nelson .
Jimi Hendrix or Townes Van Zandt.
Heart or Dolly Parton.

I don’t like Country music all that much, and I’m with Liggy you can’t watch the Blues Brother enough.
as far as country I’d listen to Bluegrass but the Blues is my think.
As far as dubstep only certain songs, the ones with a good beat to them.
Anyone out there good at fixing resonant harmonics in various objects in the room that resonanate when you play this?:
Meh. From a guy who witnessed the rise, fall, rise and again fall of chiptune music, it’s not really surprising music.
If you can handle Commodore 64 music, you can pretty much handle Skrillex.
