Hi, was just wondering if anyone knew if you had to keep anyDVD open while Clone DVD was in the “writing” stage of the copy process?
No. But why would you want to close it?
Thanks, I just like closing all the programs I can while writing. I don’t have the fastest computer in the world, and I don’t want to take any chances of messing up the process.
If you don’t want to cause any possible errors while making your back up copies suggest not attempting to do anything while the AnyDVD-CloneDVD process is operating. That means not attempting to shut down AnyDVD while CloneDVD is writing to the blank DVD media.
If you have a slow system and are concerned about things running while making your back up copies suggest running MSCONFIG just before starting the AnyDVD-CloneDVD backup process and ensuring that all unnecessary background activity is curtailed. Start/Run – type MSCONFIG then OK. When the System Configuration screen appears click on ‘StartUp’ and un-check all unnecessary items.
