This version has updated BD+ removal. If a disc doesn’t work, please post an AnyDVD logfile created with this version. Thank you!

BD: Point Break Pure Adrenaline edition doesn’t work, resulting .m2ts file won’t play at all (sometimes audio starts, but it fails quickly, video never works). It didn’t work with any previous edition version of Any DVD HD though. It is a FOX movie, so it is BD+ protected, that’s probably the problem.

That last report was wrong. Long story short, the file produced is valid, it’s just that there’s no tool on the PC that will view it. I have no real idea why. But it’s not a BD+ problem.

There isn’t one.

I dunno why the reply was deleted, but besthii, there is a free Blu-ray ripper (for now).

It doesn’t do BD+, so no FOX movies. But it rips a lot of other stuff. There’s a Mac version too.

Probably because this is an anydvd hd thread? There is way more titles with BD+ than just Fox released ones. so you are limited to what will rip properly.

It was the question that was deleted, not the response “there are none”.

And there’s no reason a question about other products besides AnyDVD HD can’t be answered on this board. Even slysoft doesn’t delete things like this, they just move them to different topics. That’s where I found out about makemkv!

makemkv has a Mac version and allegedly a linux version (didn’t try it myself) which is nice for those who don’t use Windows.
