Any Dvd Wont recognize drives

I just went to rip a bluray video to hardisk with a bluray drive, does not show up, as if no disk was in the drive, went on my AnyDvd program and it shows both my drives are disabled. re-installed, same thing, cannot find a way to enable the drives. Help.

Uninstall AnyDVD
Reboot
Install AnyDVD
Reboot
Then there is an OK button.

By any chance are you running Vista OS?

Alan, will give it a try, already re-installed, I’ll try again. I am using Win. 8.1. Thanks

Do you have your region setting set? Are the drives listed in the Device manager? Have you run a registry cleaner before this happened?
