Hello,
I am considering purchasing another laptop and connecting them both to a wireless modem. Would I need an Anti Virus on both laptops?
thanks

Hi,

haveing some Antivirus software as additional line of defense (you can’t rely solely on “security” software) isn’t a bad idea. A free AV software like Microsoft Security Essentials is sufficient.
The most efficient protection is to not use an account with administrative permissions.

This is a no brainer all computers regardless connected or not should have a least a A/V on them. Cause you can move virus between memory cards and never know it and thus infecting the other computer and since that one has no A/V you won’t know til it’s too late.
