Another cuesheet question

I Recently found what I thought was an excellent program for automatically creating cuesheets. It’s called Cuemaster and it scans a complete album mp3 file for id tags and creates a cuesheet from the information.
It seemed to work a treat and the cuesheet looked fine.
Only trouble is when I try to use the cuesheet in Feurio it says there is an error and that the files are shorter that 4 seconds in fact it gives a minus time for the project.

I have studied the cuesheet over and over and compared it to one that works fine in Feurio till my eyes are sore but cannot see the problem.

Here is a cuesheet created by the program.

Can anyone see what’s wrong with this cuesheet, am I missing something totally obvious?

any help would be greatly appreciated

Graham

Hmmm, very strange.
As far as I can see it from here, your cuesheet should be correct.
You could try to mount the file with Cdrwin.
Alternatively you can extract the MP3 file to wave; maybe
Feurio cannot handle your MP3 file correctly.

The best decoder to do this job is Winamp, anyway.

good luck

only possible problem i see could be the location of the mp3 file, and i dont think thats it either :frowning:

Here’s another cuesheet program. Maybe it can help you.

Thanks for the replies

I have found a sort of solution but Im still confused

If I convert the mp3 to a wav file the cuesheet created with cuemaster works fine in fuerio.

I then tried the other cuesheet program suggested and that won’t work with mp3’s but will with waves

So I can create my cuesheet now but still cannot understand why they wont work with mp3’s

If I write a cuesheet from scratch with notepad or use another program called cd wave editor they work fine with mp3’s

very strange
