Anonymous fame and fragmentation ruins mission focus, impact.

[newsimage]http://static.rankone.nl/images_posts/2011/03/lb4Vux.jpg[/newsimage]We haven’t heard much about rogue internet freedom-fighting group Anonymous lately, but it’s not for lack of effort on the part of those involved. In fact, it looks as though there are more simultaneous “operations” being initiated by Anons than ever before. That, however, is what some are blaming for the lack of impact that those operations have been suffering as of late.

The information in the post is incorrect. Correct yourself at http://twitter.com/OfficialAnonOps
Also, anonymous has always been this fragmented, the cake is a lie.

edit: ♥

edit2: Mission focus? There is an assumption here that the media helps anonymous more than anonymous helps itself. When you get lots of media attention you get more idiots “joining” and starting lulzy operations. They don’t distract anons from the real operations, they only fragment coverage.

edit3: A ☺ is fine too.

Maybe they should devise a “virus” that some of us unsuspecting people who believe in the cause could “accidentally” download. (Wink, Wink) I am no coder, but I support everything they have done, so far. Although if I did code, I’d be going for more, like Supreme Court of the US, and any 3 letter agency.

Yeah I hear ya. I’m basically too ckickensh*t to get involved (I would love too though, just not smart enough to stay out of trouble) but I fully support all efforts. Unfortunately as this stuff keeps on going, it will make our government push harder for China-like net restrictions. I betcha they will reference the anon activities as the sole reason to do so.

@ anon755
Fight hard /b/rother, we’re counting on you.
