Americans wary of proposed government Internet IDs.

[newsimage][/newsimage]Last week, the United State Commerce Department announced that a new office, known as the National Program Office (NPO), will be created under their watch, and will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC). The NSTIC is a White House initiative that is intended to make consumer internet activities more secure, but, judging from tech industry reaction, the new NPO is going to have a difficult time ahead of them trying to win over citizens’ trust.

The US Government cannot be trusted. Especially the current leadership in the Executive Branch and the Senate. Nothing that comes from the Obama administration can be taken at face value as nearly everything they do has hidden motives behind the actions. I can’t wait to have another opportunity to scrub the filth from the US Government in November of 2012. We got a good start on it last November 2nd.
