If it doesn’t make noise, how will you know its working?

High-end graphics cards are garbage because they consume a lot of power, they are bulky and many of them make a lot of noise because of the number of fans that are required to keep them cool. Honestly, I think the future lies with the GPU and CPU being on the same chip like AMD’s APUs or Intel’s Iris Pro graphics.

There is noise from fans, etc, and then there’s something else. This sound isn’t just normal run-of-the-mill fan noise. I’ve listened to a number of the videos where the problematic sound from the Fury X is clearly noticeable. It isn’t how loud it is that is the problem. Even at a lower volume that sound literally makes my teeth hurt and gives me a headache. It’s like biting down on aluminum foil when you have mercury fillings. There’s no way I could own/use a card that made this noise.
