Good Lord!!!!!!!!!    who ever that person is trying to sell that CPU for the price of $449.95 must be on da crack pipe.
For that kind of cash you can do just about a complete rebuild or build from scratch a brand new system or even buy a pre-built
HP, Dell, etc., etc., system for that amount or less.
Here is a nice set up
BIOSTAR TForce TA790GX A3+ AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard price $114.99 ($99.99 after $15.00 Mail-In Rebate
AMD Phenom II 925 Deneb 2.8GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor price $140.99
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory price $54.99
CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550W ATX12V V2.2 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC price $89.99 ($79.99 after $10.00 Mail-In Rebate Card)
I would personally go for this myself add this card or two of them in CrossFire for a kickass system.
HIS H485FM512H Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card price $109.99
Total price $400.96 or $375.96 after rebates + a few dollars for shipping
or with a nice ATi 4850 video card $510.95 or $485.95 after rebates:clap:
That price above for just about everything is just a few dollars more than that person wants for just the CPU at $449.95
And most of all it will work good for watching Full HD as the mobo has the ATI Radeon HD3300 Graphics
with 128MB Side-port memory, Max. Memory Share Up to 512 MB Onboard Video Chipset if you don't want
to buy a new video card right now. You can always add a ATi video card or a couple of ATi video cards for
CrossFire or go for the ATI Hybrid CrossFireXâ„¢ Technology by adding a (ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 3400 Series) video card.
Straight out of the manual
Only Windows Vista supports Hybrid CrossFireX function.
A graphics card with Radeon HD3450/HD3470 GPU.
