I agree. They needed to make the move into retail to keep that market share from going to B&N, Sony, & Apple. Amazon does have great customer service and return policies, but I always like to be able to see before I buy with electronic gadgetry.
It’ll be interesting to see what Asus & Acer have in store for the e-reader market.
