A lawsuit against Microsoft, about its Xbox 360 console structurally causing scratches on DVD discs, has been taken to the Supreme Court of the United States.

That’s right, these scratched disks can’t be Microsoft’s fault because they never produce faulty products. Therefore it must be the users’ fault, since blaming customers is always a good way to make yourself look good. (in case it wasn’t obvious, I should mention the last two sentences were sarcastic).

I thought the main issue/problem was that there were people who tilted their console while the game on the disc was playing. If that is still the issue i can imagine why Microsoft has not done anything about it, because you cannot win when you are dealing with stupid.
