Adding more than one movie to a disk

Hello, I would like to know how to add 2 or 3 movies in avi format on to a dvd and create a menu to seclect the one I wish to view. Any help would be appreciated?
Thank you

That is the main function of dvd editing/authoring softwares. There are dozens of softwares that will do this… Do you want something basic? Something that offers effects and transistions? Something high quality?

Usually standalone players able to read AVI files already have their own file manager, so if you put two or more AVI files into a disc, the player itself will ask which one you want to play

Hi harley2ride,
Just something basic would be good thank you.

If you aren’t doing any editing you can make a dvd with a simple menu using FAVC. You can have as many as 8 titles within the menu.
It is free to download and use.

I prefer the HC encoder that is included, though the Quenc encoder option is said to be faster. You’ll need to install Net 2.0 if you don’t already have it, and AviSynth, but there are direct links to those at the FAVC site.

DVDFlick and AVStoDVD are two other free options for this.
