I can add the image in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum. But the image takes up the entire screen. I cannot figure out how to resize it to a smaller size and place in the bottom right corner. Is it possible with Vegas Movie Studio Platinum?

Is it a stationary image? If so, could you size it and place it where you want on a 640 x 480 blank page and use that image?
I could do that. Would I make the entire background transparent so that the video can still be seen behind the 640x480 image?
Is this really the only way to add a watermark logo in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum?
I don’t know. I don’t have Vegas, it just made sense to position the logo on a blank page to force it into the corner.
