With the Crucial M500 setting the new pricing standard for a drive with 80,000IOPS read and write, I would have to guess this cannot be far off.

I will be posting some benches from the M500 (480gb) not the 960GB which is not readily available yet. The government of the USA has put in an order for more than they can produce. So retail 960gb SSDs will be available but when, I do not know, some sites get a few and are sold out asap, Retail for the 960GB is 599.99 and the lucky few that got them, are price gauging on the internet.
