Part of Crossley’s statement read out by MediaCAT barrister Tim Ludbrook, illustrates Crossley’s attitude:
“I have ceased my work…I have been subject to criminal attack. My e-mails have been hacked. I have had death threats and bomb threats … It has caused immense hassle to me and my family”, he said.
His hypocritical statement conveniently forgets to mention the hassle his business inflicted on thousands of people and their families also. It doesn’t apologise for wasting the court’s time, nor does it apologise to the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority for his conduct.
With an attitude like that he deserves all he gets.
