A tedious technical question on Pioneer-111(D,L)



Does every unit (that becomes later Pioneer-111D at output) pass through a laser power calibration procedure or other individual adjustment procedures at manufacturing (assembling) stage today? Or there is a selective laser power quality control and calibration manipulations in a batch only? Or there is a pure assembling?
Is every device individual by personal data stored in its EEPROM?


Every drive should have unique calibration data.


Are Pioneer drives equiped with a feature like a build-in burning session (burning operation time etc) counter?
