A-Ray Scanner Problem

I’ve successfully downloaded and installed the latest version of A-Ray Scanner, however when I go to open the installed program, I get an (critical)error message and the program never opens.

What do I have to do to fix this? :confused:

What “Exactly” is the error you recieve?

I’m running Windows 98SE and a few weeks ago A-Ray worked, but now it won’t?!
The error is: A-ray scanner
This progam has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down

If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

You should install ASPI drivers.

ASPI 4.60 has been proven over and over to be most portable and have least compatibility issues.
Some personal shared experience, with much quality feedback from others here has shown that installing ASPI 4.57 and then upgrading to 4.60 is the the best way to do it.
