Switch to the ImgBurn burn engine.

It’s much more reliable.

As Wombler I too suggest ImgBurn for the burn engine, it is free and as stated by Wombler it is more reliable specially with various brands of media.

There is a guide below in my signature called “Settings” that you may want to look at

Try installing the new one 6.2.2.0

Make sure you downloaded the right keys for version 6 all
Have had no problems with my DVDFab and Win 7 Ult

What vers of Win 7 do you have ?

#14

have windows 7 home premium 64 bit
what do you mean by keys for dvdfab 6
i have set imgburn on dvdfab as my burning engine
thanks
never had any problem with xp

#15

have always used dvdfab and dvd shrink
worked perfectly with xp

#16

When you moved from Ver 5 to 6 you should have requested new keys some people had some problems getting there key to work right and had to re download a new set of keys.

When you set up Imgburn hopefully you followed Stormjumpers excellent guide on setting it up.

Hi sammd70,
What bean is referring to, is to sendan e-mail to Fab and thay will send a key to activate DVDFab V.6
To do that open Fab, click on the blue button on the top bar, go to about, and follow the directions.

#18

used free version for dvdfab5
paid for dvdfab 6 platinum and am using the key they sent
worked fine when i had xp
problem began with windows 7 on a new computer

#19

1 version ( maybe this one 6.2.0.5 ) had some slight trouble with Win 7

The newest version 6.2.2.0 seems to be working great, I think the main problem is that the VSO and Nero both were having problems with Win 7 That is way we are suggesting on Imgburn for the burn engine.

If you have loaded the newest version and setup Imgburn as the burn engine, maybe you can let us know what it is doing now, the same thing ( not working on your players ) or are you having other issues now?
