6.0.0.19 write error with +RW

I wanted to back up 3 GB+ data onto a Mitsubishi +RW 2.4x with my NEC-1300A. But almost at the end Nero fired the following errors:

I did a full format and repeated the burn but the same error persisted.

However when I turned to RecordNow DX 4.61, everything ran fine. Is it a known bug in Nero?
