I don't know what you all are talking about.
All my recent music stuff has successfully been burnt w Yamaha F1E sitting on the Ultra133TX2 Promise controller ( along with the Maxtor HD ).
Since the Yamaha's Audio Master Mode is being involved in the process,
the recording speeds have mainly been 4x-8x.
But as shown below with a freshly made disc, even the burning @16x is just fine.
So, I did it strictly for your sake in order to prove that [COLOR=indigo][I]YOU CAN[/I] - kinda like : " Nema problema, citizen ! "
