these guys have been playing long before a lot of you guys were born and some guys here were raised on them.
Got any comments or concerts you saw and want to share.

Scary or what?!

I’m old enough to remember them coming to the US & watching them on the Ed Sullivan Show .
Funny how Mick & Keith still have their hair color .

I think Mick just celebrated his 70th, looks okay for a guy that had fun his whole life.

Most guys that age need a stool or chair to sit on Mick still dance’s around the stage.

Saw them here in 98 as a 40th birthday to myself. Paid 125 a ticket and it was well worth it and glad I was able to see them. Mick was moving great then too and it’s surprising they can still do a show but it’s what they do and they are great showmen. I’ll never forget it.

I never got to see them but I sure played the hell out of their albums.

You see kids, not all drugs are that bad!

Saw Stevie Wonder open for the Stones in Philadelphia 1972. This was right after the release of Exile. Great show.

Saw “Little Stevie Wonder” at the fox theater in Detroit in 1961, wow, even then he was something special.

We get to see a lot of young, local bands try out a limited repertoire, and it’s amazing to see them kick their crowds into high gear by putting out a great version of a Stones classic. Do that as a last-song-of-set and they’re guaranteed one encore. It’s also interesting to see so many of these bands get split into Doing A Beatles vs Doing A Stones cover somewhere in their sets, too. Ah, the joys of rivalries.

I do live in New Jersey and yes I have 300 bucks but I have seen the Rolling Stones in their prime, 1969 at Altamont Ca, I was in the front row. I have no energy left to see them now, I’d like to remember the old Rolling Stones with Brian and not Ron Wood. Altamont Speedway Free Festival was an infamous concert held on Saturday, December 6, 1969. I will never forget it.

I don’t have the energy anymore too, but it would be interesting to see the changes in them. I’m reading Keith Richards autobiography it’s pretty interesting ,he talks about how he meets Mick and how the group started. It’s all for the money,I also just got the Stones and Muddy Waters dvd at the Checkerboard Lounge.I know most of it’s on you tube but I just wanted to have the whole thing uncut.

I never got to see em either, but I have quite a few of their albums on .mp3. Surprised they are still touring.
