4160B: reflashing back to previous firmware version?

Hey,

I have a 4160B, which has been giving my the servo tracking errors, and after reading about it, I’ve decided to just return the drive.

To avoid any possible questions, I’d like to flash it back to a300 so no blame can be placed on me.

How would I go about doing this? I can’t find anything but a301 and a302.

don’t know about the rest of the members here, but numbers don’t mean much to me…does this drive have a brand/model name or manufacturer please ?
